Diabetes is a disease which makes us weaker day by day internally but we can maintain ourselves by having the correct diet.When we go against the requirement then obviously we have to pay for it.Taking vegetables is a very healthy thing for a diabetic person.Fruits are also a very good source of nutrition but the one which has less sugar like oranges, Tomatoes etc.
Physical activities are very important in that case..What do you guys think?
